Senior Managing Partner – RBN & Co.

Mr. Ratish Kumar Jha is the Senior Managing Partner at RBN & Co., and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) and brings with him over 20 years of post-qualification experience in the fields of Audit, Assurance, Taxation, and Consulting.

He has previously served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Jindal Photo Ltd., a flagship company of the B. C. Jindal Group, where he led strategic finance functions and compliance operations at a corporate level.

Mr. Jha possesses in-depth expertise in Statutory and Internal Audits, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Accounting, and Business Advisory Services. His experience spans across diverse industry sectors, including:

Rakesh Mishra

Mr. Rakesh Mishra is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Postgraduate in Commerce, with over 13 years of professional experience, primarily in the Audit and Assurance domain. He has previously served as a Senior Manager at T R Chadha & Co. LLP, one of India’s top Chartered Accountancy firms, where he led statutory audits and consulting engagements for a wide range of clients.

He possesses extensive expertise in Audit, Assurance, Accounting, Direct Taxation, and Indirect Taxation, with special focus on:

  • Statutory audits of listed and large unlisted companies
  • Tax audits of corporates and mid-sized enterprises
  • Implementation and compliance with Ind AS
  • Preparation and reporting of financial statements under US GAAP

Ramesh Kumar Jha

Mr. Ramesh Kumar Jha is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and serves as a Managing Partner at RBN & Co. He brings with him over 12 years of professional experience across a wide range of practice areas including Audit, Assurance, Accounting, Direct Taxation, and Indirect Taxation.

He has in-depth expertise in International Taxation, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Income Tax, and Statutory & Internal Audits, serving clients across diverse sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, trading, and professional services.

Mr. Jha also has significant experience in representation before tax and appellate authorities, offering clients strategic support in resolving complex tax matters.

Mr. Anuj Kaushik is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. With over 13 years of extensive professional experience, he has developed deep expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Tax Audits, Project Financing, and Bank Liaison Services.

His practice spans across a wide range of industries, where he has advised clients on complex tax matters and regulatory frameworks. Mr. Kaushik is especially known for his in-depth understanding of tax advisory, compliance management, and representation before tax authorities.
