We offer a comprehensive range of professional services including Audit & Assurance (statutory audits, internal audits, etc.), Taxation (income tax and GST compliance, tax planning), Compliance services (company law and other regulatory filings), and Consultancy/Advisory (financial and business advisory). You can find detailed information under the “Our Services” section of our website. If you have a specific need, please reach out to us and we will let you know how we can assist.
Our firm serves clients across a wide spectrum of industries and sectors. We work with manufacturing companies, service providers (including IT and finance sector firms), real estate and construction businesses, retail and e-commerce ventures, healthcare and educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and more. We also cater to individual clients for personal tax matters and small family-run businesses. Our broad experience in various industries helps us tailor our services to each client’s unique requirements.
We have offices in four locations: Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Delhi (Bawana), Patna (Bihar), and Raipur (Chhattisgarh). From these offices, we primarily serve clients in the Northern, Eastern, and Central parts of India. However, geography is not a barrier – through digital communication and travel as needed, we assist clients across India and even Indians based abroad (for example, NRIs who have financial interests in India). You can find our office addresses and contact details on the “Contact Us” page.
You can get in touch with us via phone or email (provided on our Contact Us page) or by submitting an inquiry through our website. Once we hear from you, we typically schedule an initial discussion (either in- person or via teleconference) to understand your requirements in detail. After assessing your needs, we will provide a proposal or engagement letter outlining the scope of services, timelines, and our fees. The engagement commences after you review and accept the engagement letter. Throughout this process, we ensure compliance with all professional requirements while maintaining confidentiality of your information.
Our fees are determined based on the nature and complexity of the assignment, the time and expertise required, and the extent of resources involved. We follow the ICAI guidelines that prohibit any competitive undercutting or misrepresentation of fees. Therefore, we do not publish a fee schedule online. Instead, after understanding your specific needs, we will provide a fair and transparent fee quotation for the proposed services. Rest assured, our fees are structured to reflect the professional value delivered and will be agreed upon with you before we begin any work.
Confidentiality is one of our core values and a fundamental part of the ICAI Code of Ethics that we adhere to. We take several measures to protect client information: all our team members are bound by professional confidentiality obligations, we have secure systems and protocols for handling data (including restricted access to client files, secure storage, and data encryption where applicable), and we do not disclose any client information to third parties unless required by law or with explicit consent. When you work with us, you can be confident that your financial and business information will remain private and protected.
We are always interested in capable and enthusiastic individuals joining our team. If you are a CA student seeking articleship, or a qualified/semi-qualified professional looking for a role, you can apply by sending your resume and a cover letter to our HR email (careers@rbnco.com). Please mention whether you are interested in an articleship or an employment position. We will review your application and, if your profile meets our current requirements, we will contact you for further steps (which may include interviews and technical assessments).
You can also check the Careers section of our website for any specific openings or announcements.
As Chartered Accountants in India, we are governed by the regulations of the ICAI, which prohibit advertising or solicitation of clients. The disclaimer on our website is a mandatory declaration to ensure compliance with these ethical guidelines. It informs visitors that this website is only for informational purposes and that by viewing the site, you acknowledge that you have sought us out voluntarily. In simpler terms, it’s there to clarify that we are not advertising our services to you; instead, you are accessing information about our firm of your own accord. This helps maintain the professional decorum expected of CA firms and keeps us within the ambit of the law and professional ethics.
If you have any other questions not covered above, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help and will be happy to address your specific queries or concerns.
